Africa has many mediators, but if we consider the over whelming volume of conflicts that could be addressed through mediation, the demand is not being met. Many of these mediators have a sound knowledge of intercultural aspects in mediation, but many, including international legal practitioners; do not have sufficient knowledge and skills in the treatment of conflicts across the continent (Trans Africa). This is where Mediate Afrique has both experience and the capacity for teaching and practising Trans Africa mediation. We have put together all our resources, partners and expertise in order to provide an irrefutable and effective Trans Africa Mediation in the Continent. We work on high standards' that produce both positive results and solutions in situations where mediation and other forms of ADR have failed in the past.
